After taking everything out of my pc I had found that the connector that this product connects to on the mobo (gpu slot) had somehow getting ridiculously hot, which not only has this damaged the product since its been melting the pins but it has also left a burnt residue inside the slot which I cannot remove it has not only been causing me issues but it had somehow caused it to get hot enough to almost cause a fire inside my computer, I am very glad I found the problem since the last thing I want is to leave my computer alone for a few minutes to get a drink etc. to come back to a full blown electrical fire. However I'm seriously not happy that this item has damaged my Brand new motherboard which had just cost me £200, thankfully its still usable since it has more then one gpu slot but it isn't exactly ideal that this has happened. I doubt it is an issue with every single product that's been made but likely to be a fault in a few, if you still decide to get this item after reading this, (which I completely understand it is very appealing unit and without this discretion I'd be telling you to get it, until this problem is does exactly what its suppose) just be careful to make sure you don't come across the same issue which can cause some serious damage to your computer.
