間違いなく良作。【ゲーム性】ジャンルは横スクロールアクションで誰でも楽しく遊べる。ゲームにうとい家族も何気にできていた。【イベント】豊富なイベント量はやりこみ要素も含んでおり、あきない作りになっている。イベント一覧画面での、そのイベントに関するコメントやクリアアイコンの有無などの細かな演出もよくできている。【BGM】ゲーム中に流れるサウンドはどのエリアも鳥肌モノである。個人的に『浜辺の館』『ドワーフの集落(封印後)』『さんさろ』のBGMは何度聴いても癒される。【ストーリー】奪われた祖父の形見を取り戻すため、関わりのなかった世界に足を踏み入れていくトンバの成長を見事に描いている。自分は幼いころにプレイしたためこの辺のことが分かっていなかったが、今になってやってみるとそのことがプレイしていて実感できた。コトバを覚え、人種を越えて人々と交流し、様々な場所を疾る……昨今のゲームのような冒頭の説明などはほとんどないが、ストーリー性は満点。【総評】もう15年前のゲームではあるが、間違いなく良作であろう。誰しもが忘れかけていた冒険心、何かが始まる予感、止まらない憧れ。自分の知らない世界と、そこで生まれた絆。そういったものを思い出せる、そんな作品なのではないだろうか？
