This rolling whiteboard only has a fixed height, but there will be new version whose height is adjustable in the near future from brand maxtek. **Q: I know this does a 360, but can this white board be laid flat, too?** A: As it rotates about the center mounts on each side, it goes from vertical to horizontal to vertical... If you want to stop w/the board oriented horizontally, you can, but there is nothing (other than you) to hold it in place horizontally. Since you ask 'laid flat', I'm a bit confused... if you tip the whole thing over, the legs don't allow the board *& stand* to be flat; you can take the board out of the mount & lay it flat. **Q: Does this product contain lead or have proposition 65 warning?** A: I believe the answer is no, I don't remember seeing any warning of this when I purchased the item **Q: Does this shake / wobble on wooden floor? Any better or worse on carpeted floor?** A: It moves smoothly on bare, wooden floors.
