I started with the 10 piece set in August of 2017, I continued to add to the collection until January of 2018. I use these every single day. They are beautiful and look just like new. A couple of tips: Do not cook above medium temp. With stainless steel and ceramic you will not need to. Allow pans to cool completely before washing. Wash with a soft sponge and hot sudsy water. Everything wipes away very easily. Do not put in dishwasher and only use silicone tools. **Q: Where are they made?** A: China **Q: What are the correct oils/butter to use in this pan? Some recipes call for specific oils or butter. Will this ruin the pan?** A: Green pan says to avoid olive oil and spray oils, as they burn quickly. While researching pans a few reviewers did ruin pans.
