I was in a pinch and needed a replacement pc in a day and bought this. The case is stupid big and the insides are stupid small. There are no expansion slots. this is a laptop inside a huge case. The contents would fit in something 2" tall by 6" wide like a netbook or mini pc and that's what they SHOULD be selling you as there is no need/point of this case. Now, if you're looking for a "desktop" then you should not be looking at this. You should be looking at a mini or micro pc. If you are looking for a desktop in this form factor, don't buy this, buy a real desktop in this form factor... It does work as advertised, it is snappy for something to browse the web and run some apps on, it will suffice if you want to store movies on it and wire it up to your HDTV but ask yourself- why not just get a shuttle/mini/micro that will "hide" better than this... note also it uses a laptop power supply cuz... that's really what it is. It also does not have the latest version of Windows 10 (it comes with home edition) but the upgrade to the latest edition is free from ms. Just takes a while to download/install. Luckily for me it will meet my needs, but i can't stop laughing when i look at the case. ### ⭐ Cheap, flimsy system with no OS on the hard drive-Returned *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 3, 2019* Plugged everything in, booted, got an error because they didn't install the Windows 10 they said came with it. popped it oped to confirm everything connected, and it almost appeared to be a cheap, flimsy, knockoff. For a Refurbished Machine this thing really out performs all the other computers that are out there for a lot more. As an IT Professional I use this PC now in my environment and absolutely Love this machine. We have deployed several of them now to replace several of the older machines. You do need a great Virus scan we use Cylance and Sophos in our environment this machine.
