## Questions & Answers

**Q: Does this product have a bigger size than just 1oz?**
A: Thank you for contacting us.  Unfortunately this is the only size we have.

**Q: I recently purchased this. The color is much much darker than what was pictured online. I've seen it as a light yellow cream not brown. Is it bad?**
A: Not sure. Sometimes the oil settles to the top and is a darker amber color from the beige cream that it separates from. Check the expiration date. It may be a matter of stirring it up a bit, but I am not sure.

**Q: can humans use this product**
A: I don't know why not. I have rosacea, which is caused by the same mite, and I have successfully used Goodwinol to treat occasional flare ups.

**Q: how many times a day do you apply this product?**
A: I applied it once a day, and after a few days I started using every other day.....cleared up all mange and hair was growing back in a little over a week....very good product
