First I received a seal opened and non-working item. Thanks to desertcart for the Replacement. The Replaced one is good. I recommend to customers better take a video while opening the package for the proof of any issue noticed. Pros: 1. Writing Smoothness is good. 2. Easy erasing is good. I hope these Pros will last for long time. Cons: 1. The company added a tac-tic. Actually the drawn things can't be synced to the phone app. The app purpose is : through the app we can take picture of what we drawn and can name that taken picture. Pictures taken through app will be stored separately where each picture will be having a name which user needs to give in the app while capturing each and every picture. This is annoying. Capturing pictures through their app would need Device storage permission that can be a security concern as well. Ofcourse, using of this app is optional which is up to the user. 2. While writing or drawing, when we did mistake we can't undo/erase a particular drawn one. Instead we need to erase full screen and need to re-draw from scratch. This could be irritating. Of course I know that feature might not be possible especially at this price range.
