I also like that it’s individually packed so it’s convenient to carry around if need be. There’s some nice peppermint smell immediately but not sure if I can smell it while sleeping. I try to paste it as high as possible on my clothing. Not a bad product! Recommended for small kids to ease block nose. My shirt was thin and I felt some minty feeling on my chest which was good since I had a nasal congestion!
