Works as advertized, but you must be connected to a device running the control software in order to use all of the effects. **Q: Is there enoigh gain for high gain mics? my focusrite solo needs to be 90-95% to make my mv7 xlr usable.** A: Yes I run it with a re20 no problems at all, but for extra boost I use a cloudlifter, but you don't need one. **Q: Does this work with the pc control panel that way you can control the software with physical faders?** A: yeah you can turn the physical knob or with in the onscreen controls. It's pretty dope. Works really well with my HP PC and my Mac . Definitely recommend it. **Q: I'm unable to use headset mic on IO44, is there a setting I need to turn on?** A: If you take a look at the connection of your headphones you will see that it a TRRS (tip ring ring sleeve). The Revelator’s headphone output jack is I believe just a stereo TRS (Tip Ring Sleeve). You should find a splitter or y cable (usually it comes with the headphones). Then you can run you headphones through the Revelator and the headset mic through the MIC in on your computer.
