This should be indicated on the pen.** A: I had to dig out the package from my drawer....yes says made in France. Actually, I didn't care where they were made, I just wanted the 4 color pen. I gave one to my Grandson when we visited him in May. I guess he never saw one. He loved it. **Q: I have over ten of them and in all of them the red and the green color inks never work. why such a high rating???** A: I can't speak for the geen ink, cause I hardly use it. But I use the red ink all the time to record my blood sugar readings. I use red and black the most. It's the green and blue that I hardly use. **Q: Can you get replacement ink cartridges?** A: you can find black and blue refills at Office Depot, but for the two of them cost about $6, and they are often out of stock on one color or both. I have never found a red or green refill that is long enough to work correctly in the pens. **Q: Why does the title say Medium point but the details say fine? What are they really?** A: The pens are available in either 1.0 Mm medium and 0.8 Mm fine point. Check the title or item name to be sure you purchase the size you want.
