My daughter absolutely loves it. It really has helped her relax and get to sleep. She uses it every single night and sometimes during the day with her window blind down and curtains closed if she is feeling anxious and it really has helped. My granddaughter now goes to bed in her own room no bother and lies listening to the sounds whilst watching the light show and falls asleep without fussing. I'm absolutely delighted with these.
