After using it for few days here are my honest observations : 1-Assembling and wearing it is quite a job specially if you are considering it for seniors. I would not consider it user friendly since it involves undoing the velcros top to bottom first, then wearing it (after identifying Left Right notations), redoing the velcros. After that connecting both air tubes with controller & the power adaptor. Huh....you get exhausted in wearing it actually !! Pls mind it...above process to be followed each time you wish to use this massager. 2-Conceptually there are small air bags inside and the controller regulates air compression with 3 intensities mild/medium/strong along with 3 modes sequence/circulation/whole. Air bags inflate and deflate as per controller options selected by the end user and gives a sensation of legs being pressed..however, the experience doesn't come close to human touch. It does press against your leg muscles but it is a flat feeling of some machine doing it and not a near-real massage. 3-A good feature is 20 mins auto-off, so that you have to worry about turning it off specially when you are sleepy...the controller turns off by itself. 4-After usage, the whole thing has to be undone....velcros....tubes from controller....adaptor from controller.
