I received an apology from the seller who made it right by sending another package of 3! That, to me, is great customer service because they only needed to make it good by sending only 1 replacement. As far as the product itself, it works great for me. I've read reviews that it's sticky. It only gets sticky after it's been on for awhile during the midst of the treatment area. Of course, it's going to get sticky after awhile. It's gel, and after repeated rubbing it's going to get dry and sticky.
