The quality by far out weighs Oracle 651! This vinyl is thick - you can actually feel the quality! It can be challenging with small/fine cuts and thin lettering HOWEVER, if you take your time and use your weeding tools (or a dental pick) it comes out beautifully! It's best to weed with a shadow (I know completely opposite of most vinyl) but it's easiest to see with the glitter in a shadow. It does work on paper for those of you who are thinking of using it for scrapbooking. It is very sticky on the back and can be challenging to weed for really tiny lettering but it's not impossible. IF YOU OWN A SILOUTTE CAMEO USE THE STICKER PAPER GLITTER setting! That is blade 1 (or 2), speed 5, force 10, one pass. This works perfectly for me. The setting for flocking like I saw suggested is way too deep of a cut. Please note that this is transparent but it still works well on paper.
