Cyndi has a way of explaining the different techniques so its easy to understand. I do wish that there was more "how to" for each one listed, although she does give a general gloss over each one like Pranic Healing, Reiki, Quantum Touch, Kahuna Healing, and many many more. I like how she also explains how to heal the healer, keeping up with your own self care while you care for others, how to deal with energy issues, etc. For most of us just starting out, there isn't enough information , you just learn trial by error.
