Works wonderfully that is why I’m prepared to pay for it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ It's like magic *by A***R on 13 October 2025* I have had an ileostomy since 2017. This product is life changing. My ileostomy doesn't stop me leading a full life (a mum to 2 teenagers, with a full-time job). The only thing I find challenging with my ileostomy is the smell when I empty it - the smell is so bad that the fear of using a toilet outside the home would be stop me going out and living. Luckily I came across this product many years ago. (Amazon tells me I have purchased it 47 times over the years.) I can now go out and about all day long, and not have to be concerned about when and where I use the toilet. It is literally amazing. It completely neutralises the smell - it doesn't just "mask it". It just smells of nothing. I suppose it is fairly pricey - but totally worth the money, due to the quality of life it gives me. One bottle (12oz) lasts me about a month. It's something I couldn't live without. My family also love it - as they no longer have to put up with the terrible smell in our home. They know if I've run out of it - and instantly make me reorder.
