I wore it on a 60 degree windy day with just a short sleeve T-shirt underneath and was comfortable. It’s just a thicker flannel, no lining. **Q: Is this model originally oversize?** A: This shacket is huge. I ordered my usual size and it fit like it was about 2 sizes larger. I returned it. **Q: Is there pockets on the side/hip area?** A: Just below waistline, about 3 inches over from the side seam - there is an inset type pocket. It is not set in the side seam. **Q: Why are there no welt pockets as notes in the description and pictures?** A: There are breast pockets in the picture and the description I’m not sure why you thought there was welt pockets.
