My truck had been sotting for a long time and I think the seals may have been compromised. The fluid was leaking out and I though it may be a line or the rack or the pump. I tried a lesser product first with "stop leak" in it and it all drained out. I have used Lucas Products before like the injector cleaner and always has been a good product. This stop my leak and fixed the whining pump.
