Many of the videos have you check for phone model # on the ribbon wire of the new digitizer but the one sent didn't have a number to represent phone model but worked perfectly. * UPDATE: About two or three days after the installation the phone started to exhibit phantom touchscreen inputs, so bad that you couldn't use navigation or any application without clicking back to it. I did a screen test in Samsung Diagnostic and didn't go over well, I removed supplied screen protector and it passed with flying colors but the ghost inputs continued. By the end of that week the screen cracked. I had seen a couple reviews about this issue and was hoping it was just bad luck for someone else.
