I got this 5 star split AC. Since begining his AC was installed and serviced by company technicians. The product started giving troubles. I raised so many complaints that ac water is dropping from indoor unit. Technicians came and try to resolve the issue but the problem reoccur after few days. Company also don't inform about the periodic services needs to be conducted within one year. And I missed one service despite several other complaints I raised. So pls don't buy this product. Due to water leakage my TV also got damaged for which I have to spend 5-6k extra due to their faulty AC and lack of proper service. Now again the AC stopped giving proper cooling after an year. Now I have to pay from my pocket to get this pathetic product work.
