They did a good job. However, if giving to a child in juice or food, it may not pass the sniff test. It does not dissolve as the CoQ and the E are both oily, also a lot of it sticks in the end of the capsule, not coming out when opened. Understandable, but still annoying and unless you spend considerable time prying the stuff out, you'll lose a bit. I still have to add other components, so it cuts down on some time, but not much. It may be more palatable for your kid to do it piecemeal, adding each ingredient in your mito cocktail at a time, than to use this. Then again, it may be perfect.
