They are the best for food prep. I put one down on my quartz counter top without any cutting boards and they work the best for chopping. They are Flexible so you can chop and drop right into your pot. No spilled food. I also lined my refrigerator shelves with them. They protect so well. If there's any leaks you just have to remove it and clean it without struggling to clean the shelf itself. Plus you cant even tell they are on the shelves because their clear. They are durable and last for a long time.
