One side is a little nicer than the other. So far, washing has not messed with the tassels or cause pilling or any funny warping of the shape. This also doesn’t seem to hold onto dog hair as much as the cheaper fleece blankets do, major bonus.Overall I’m happy with this product and would recommend it.
