Double Protection A built-in transient voltage suppressor (TVS) enables you to get double 600W lightning surge protection against the lightning strike over RS485 link, and 15KV static protection over RS232 link effectively protect your value devices against high voltage spikes. Simple Operation ADDC (Automatic Data Direction Control) function can detect the incoming or outgoing data and automatically switch into the send or receive mode, then you don't have to worry about the data collision problems. For RS485 2 wire system, it only requires three lines (RX, TX and GND) to get a RS232 to RS485 conversion, making it great for troubleshooting the serial system, fully plug and play.
