Liftware Level is an electronic leveling handle and a selection of attachments that include a soup spoon and fork. Liftware Level is designed to help people with limited hand and arm mobility, usually related to cerebral palsy, spinal cord injury, Huntington's disease, Parkinson's disease, or post-stroke deficits eat more easily. The Liftware Level soup spoon attachment is designed to work with a Liftware Level handle, sold separately as part of the Liftware Level Starter Kit. Not compatible with the Liftware Steady handle.

Allows my husband with Parkinson's and Essential Tremor to be more independent when eating.A suggestion :  if the spoon could attach to the power base, it would be less likely to go down the disposal or end up in the trash like mine did.The company replaced the spoon promptly - Thanks!

    spoon is to big

we got this for our foster daughter and we were very excited for her to be able to feed herself . It works really nicely to keep from spilling the food , the only problem it only has a soup spoon and it is a Very large spoon. Given to someone who is multi handicapped she cant help but stuff to much food into her mouth creating a choke risk . So I would say it works to good , would be perfect if they could make a regular everyday spoon attachment . Most people who need to use this spoon have a problem using utensils , making it difficult to scoop a small amount on a large spoon and dont need to put a large amount of food into there mouths.
