Glass broke inside the water. I loved the idea because the glass is a little protected and no plastic parts come in contact with fluids. There are too many pieces to this and I have concerns as to how long the parts will hold up taking it apart to clean. The instructions say that there should not be moisture between the plastic and glass. I washed the parts before first use and left to air dry for more than 24 hours and there was still moisture when I reassembled.
