I have the same style on my Glock and they're excellent. The machining is great and the fiber optic is exposed enough to really capture the light (much more than say TFOs) but also set deep enough in the housing that it's never broken on me despite thousands of rounds and dozens of presentations from the holster. The finish is not nearly as durable as other sights I've owned, but it can be touched up easily with say a Birchwood Casey Bluing Pen. If you do decide to replace or swap out the fiber optic and you don't have a lighter handy to melt the rod you can use the flame from a gas stove top if you're careful. It's also great of Dawson to provide that notch in the sight housing for cutting out the old rod.I did knock them one star for the P320 model. Why? Because you need to do fitting. A lot of fitting. Pick the background video/audio of your choice, get a nice file, and work on the bottom of that front sight. Just keep working on the bottom. If you don't file enough then when you go to push it into the dovetail on the slide and you force it in with a pusher or similar the slide will cut into the sight base and that's basically the end of that sight. If you file too much then the sight will float in the dovetail. You'll know you're getting close when you go to put the front sight in and you can push it in some distance with just a thumb. I'd be more specific but it becomes more a matter of feel. When I was fitting it I only did three passes with a file at a time and then checked the fit. You can do more at the start but be aware that the difference between fitting nicely and too loose is maybe two passes with a file. The rear sight did not need nearly as much filing.As far as shooting the fiber front really shows up (I like the green better than the red). For me POI=POA with these sights. The front sight is somewhat thin, thinner than the front on my Glock (I actually measured). It lets me turn in say 3/4" at 10 yds during a test. It can be a bit thin for fast acquisition in more defensive oriented shooting but I've still been able to make it work. The fiber will do a good job at drawing attention to that front and the width of the rear seems good. I've used these sights to make shots out to 100 yds on half-sized IPSC plates without too much difficulty. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Solid sights *by G***R on Reviewed in the United States on May 31, 2018* Got these for my P320 compact for the good contrast between front sight and rear sight. Item seems great quality but I haven't tested it yet. The package comes with two punches and extra fiber optic tubes which are nice.
