To fit behind the stock Rubicon wheel, I had to bend the bracket just a little. It was surprising to have about 10 feet of extra cable, and a little bit of a disappointment considering the device is marketed as a custom fit for the Jeep JK. It integrated well with my Kenwood head unit using the supplied video adapter. There were no instructions included in the box, but there are very detailed instructions on Alpine's website that show you where to route the cable, and how to route around the subwoofer and behind the trim panels.When splicing into the vehicle's reverse line, make sure to tie into the white cable with a gray stripe, rather than the gray cable with a white stripe. Do yourself a favor and make the connection on the floor near the seat, rather than up underneath the glove compartment. I saw people complain about the video quality, but based on my opinion the video is as good as a composite video signal can be. Even in relative darkness, I am easily able to make out details necessary to park.I recommend picking up some RTV silicone to seal the rubber wire grommet after you wire the reverse camera through the tailgate. Consider buying harness tape or foam if that's something you care about. Other than that, it comes with everything needed to install this product to an aftermarket head unit with composite video in.After having this for a week, I can't believe I waited almost six years to do this. It took approximately one hour to install, and it's totally worth it. ### ⭐⭐ Expensive hot garbage *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on 11 September 2020* I gave it two stars because I'm feeling nice. Picture quality isn't great. My wife 2015 rogue has a better quality camera. This is Alpine! It's price tag goes along with the top notch of the crowd! And you certainly do not get it. Using this on the wra-i207, which it was designed to be used with, and still. I hate it. Installation wasn't too bad. The cables aren't really the proper lengths and I have a JKU. The amount of extra cable I had could run another 8 feet. It does hold sturdy, however I went through a car wash? Instant flickering and blacking out. I had to undo the cable, clean it out and use some dialectic grease to help it. The fun little lines on the screen? You need to manually set those, and they don't move with the turning of the wheel even though I have a maestro module. Idk what it is but the colors are very black/whitish and the camera does not have guidelines. Definitely not worth the price. Probably better off with a cheaper camera and it'll work just fine.
