It takes a while to do even just one. Remember you are lifting your own body weight. Pretty soon you'll be a pro & doing sets tho. Don't give up. No pain, no gain. I will add this. I've got Scoliosis. When I 1st get up on the rail, I tuck my arms up to my body. I hang there a bit feeling & looking like a bat. This helps give you space back between your vertebrae. Then I slowly roll to 1 side then the other. I do that a couple of times on each side. Best thing for Scoliosis I have ever found besides the old monkey bars! After that I start in on my reps.
