I've been having a lot of shoulder pain & upper back pain for about three years now, to the point of where I could not even lift my arms up above my head, put my hair up, wash my hair, take my clothes off at the end of my shift, cross my arms across my body and so much more. I think it was the combination of my job, the physicality of it but also slouching at the computer which it is not ergonomically set up at all. I literally was in so much pain and just laying in my bed I would be in tears and crying because I couldn't even lay on my side or on my back. Honestly I cannot believe I didn't find this product sooner because I can now lift my arms up without any pain. I can do so much more, I can lift people up in bed without being in pain, I can do all the things necessary that I need to do as a nurse. I would 100% recommend this to anyone. I'm just so happy with the relief I have gotten from this and to think a simple product like this would do this for me, it's amazing. And I have spend thousands of dollars on chiropractor visits, massage therapy, acupuncture, orthopedic doctors, steroid injections, cupping, you name it, I have tried it and nothing has relieved my pain better than this. And I only have this for two weeks I wear it for my whole 12 hour shift.
