**Q: I can’t get the cap to come off now, no matter how I lift the lever and twist.  What can I do?**
A: Once vehicle temp has lowred to a safe level, lift the lever to release pressure. You then must press down on the cap and rotate it. It will not turn unless force is use in a downward fashion, kind of like opening a pill bottle.
