I drink lots of water to make sure I don't become dehydrated . My skin is looking less dry and scaly . I give it a number 3 rating because the company does not tell you exactly how much ( in miligrams ) to take daily . It just states twice daily .Where is the 250mg line on the dropper ? There is none . Therefore , I take two times per day a complete full suction of a dropper . The dropper does not have measuring lines to tell how much 250 mg is . Is it one dropper full or a bottle full .To be safe if you have limited medical knowledge , you probably should consult with your doctor . The product works , so far as losing weight . Your body weight is 70% water . You need to know what precautions to take . If the company was more specific I would rate a 5 . Otherwise I like it . It is helping me to get control of myself and get to where I want to go . Also, since I know everyone's chemistry is different, I figured either it works for me or it doesn't. As far as weight loss goes, I didn't feel that this does the job. However, I really don't have much weight to lose (my husband says none, I say 5 -10 lbs) and I already exercise regularly so I probably wouldn't see a huge difference compared to someone who may be looking to lose more. The one thing I did notice is that this product definitely kept me energized and not in a "I've had way too much caffeine" kind of way. The need for snacking throughout the day is gone, and when I tried to do it anyway (being a stress eater) I had trouble trying to eat because I wasn't hungry. Actual meal times are no problem, I eat fine- just less because I get full quicker than I used to. The reason for the 4 stars is because the directions aren't clear and concise, and the ambiguity of them leaves it up to the consumer to possibly use more than they should- which is a shame because this product is 2oz. I started using it once a day to see how I felt, now I'm up to twice a day.
