I ordered this back in November 2024 in preparation for a lower back surgery. After surgery, I wore this thing all day, every day for months! I ended up needing another back surgery in the same place in May 2025 and I still use it all the time. Most of the time I can replace taking ibuprofen by using this ice pack. Mine came with two inserts so I'm able to swap them out if I need to go longer. They stay cold for about 45 minutes.
