It is not tall enough for my EagleCreek shirt folder. Does fit underseat on Delta A320. 737 has offset seat struts so it won't go under on the aisle seat but may fit under center and window. Would be batter with a single handle and not the two straps which are some trouble to gather up and prohibit opening the top very easily when they are velcroed together. A Vertical orientation bag is rare though and that is why I bought this one.
