**Q: Will this fit a Gladiator?**
A: I don't honestly don't know, but what I would say is the one I ordered was slightly bent and doesn't fit exactly.  I will be replacing to get one that fits correctly. Try a different manufacturer.  Concept is brilliant but production was not.

A: No. Fits for Jeep Wrangler JK 2011-2018

**Q: Are the white wores neutral/ground?**
A: Neutral

**Q: What are the white wires for? Ground?**
A: Red wire of course is your main power source. The white wires run power to whatever you are hooking up. Say rock lights, you should have a white and black wire. Connect white to white and black to ground.
