The straps are meshed in the middle, presumably for airflow, but the edges are firm meaning it is these that dig in rendering the meshed middles virtually useless. This is a real shame as I thought this would be a genuinely useful bag for longer rides and the commute but wouldn't use it now for anything more than a couple of lightweight items plus the water ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ This bag is great.
