Amazon came through for me here. Once you try these in your salads, meat dishes, and vegetable dishes (try throwing some in your sauteed cauliflower along with a few raisins for an amazing agrodolce dish) and you won't go back to water packed. For those worried about them being salty, just rinse off or soak for a bit in water before adding to a recipe. Also, don't add salt or only add a little before adding the capers to the dish. Once added, adjust salt as needed.Mongetto Salinas coming from the best place in Sicily to get capers will always be in my cupboard. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Large capers with Great Flavor ! The salt preserved capers have a more intense and delicious flavor! They are VERY salty used straight out of the jar, so I usually soak them in warm water to release some of the salt.
