They mentioned that I might've received a repackaged item that was shipped by Amazon and not the original company. They have sent me their newest updated burr grinder for free (this is the option I chose from their solutions) but they have offered me a full refund for the original product if I wanted. Their costumer service made up for this experience and it shows they care about their costumers. Thank you Shardor!Old Review:I received the grinder and it was packaged well with everything wrapped in individual plastic bags and nothing missing. However, when I first plugged it in to try and use it, it started flashing lights (in the white base part of the grinder) and shaking rapidly. There was also a weird burning metal smell coming out of it and when I turned it off to see what was going on, I saw grey particles (in the image).I have a similar grinder from a different company and i've never had issues with it, especially none like this. This product is most likely broken and a waste of money.
