The connector terminals are actually pretty good and snapping two of them together make for a very strong connection. The problem is in the transparent plastic that comes down over the wires to hold them in place. No matter how much force you apply they won't lock in place. I tried gauges 16 through 24 and then I tried one without any cable to see if it would lock, and no luck. I ended up using a clamp to hold the plastic, then another plier to push the plastic into the pin that locks it and even then it would come apart half of the time. Out of 10 only 1 connectors locked easily. It would have taken less time to strip and solder each connection. ### ⭐⭐ 2.0 out of 5 stars The price is great, but the quality isn't so great *by D***E on Reviewed in the United States on July 26, 2017* These were difficult to press together, and did not clamp the wires that well. Used them as a quick-disconnect for guitar pickups. They worked for a couple of days, and then the guitar started to buzz. First tried to reseat the wires, then replaced them. Same problem came back a few days later. Eventually went back to soldering the pickup wires.
