So, replaced it and all is good. Saw is working. Only item noted was the physical size. Much smaller than what I removed. Hoping the duty cycle is equal to what I removed! I did take the motor apart and cleaned the centrifical switch when I replaced the capacitor. The old one was a 200-240 uF 250V. This new one rated 216-259 uF tested at 235 uF and the dehumidifier is now working again. The compressor would just hum when turned on pointing to the start capacitor as the most likely problem.
