Better than just about anything I've used before. *by C***O on April 23, 2017* Bought these to replace the chrome steel ones I lost in the gym. (Some one walked off with them - can you imagine? Didn't even bother to turn them in. My lifting buds couldn't believe it.) Anyway, these cost half the price and are quick release. I like them. They work perfectly - easier to get off and on then the chrome "wing nut" type were. Look pretty good too - high tech, shiny tough plastic, rubber interior grip, I've used them several times and they seem to be durable enough. (Can't stand the pinch spring rings that can and will slip.) Got my id info on these and keep an eye on them. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good.
