I thought I was getting the standard green bottle in red, but this is a bit different, and my overall feelings on whether this is better than the green ones are inconclusive. I just wanted a different color because my daughter tends to obscond with them and then I find four under her bed at some point. If she knows that some are not for her, she'd leave them alone. Pros - The insulation is actually pretty nice, keeps it from sweating all over the place, and keeps drinks colder for longer than I expected, a couple of hours. Cons - it's a bit harder to just squeeze to get water out of because of the double-wall so you have to actually suck it a bit. It's not going to go through the dishwasher.
