We wish we could source our incense burners in the USA, but there is not even one manufacturer who makes them here. We source them from India through an American-based company. But talking about burners, we do make two burners here in America; the Zen and the Trough, and it's so very expensive to do so (but they're amazing burners). As a matter of fact, we are discontinuing the Trough version because it's gotten duplicated by sellers who buy them from China and way undersell us. Anyway, we personally make, inspect, count, bag and ship our own incense here in the USA. All except the Oud incense. We don't have Agarwood trees in America, and so I import the best Malasian/Indonesian Oud blend I could find. I guess I could've just said "no" to your question, LOL, but I got carried away. We're just using oils made from Sandalwood, Myrrh, and Frankincense. BUT, you never know what might trigger allergies. Any kind of smoke can trigger them, but many people have told us that they are not allergic to our incense. No matter, though. If you try the sticks and don't want them for any reason at all, please return them and get you money back. The best way I can describe the stick is to say that the main structure is made of bamboo, then the absorbent part of the stick (the part that holds the oil) is a finely crushed bamboo which is adhered to the main stick.
