The pillowcases are probably the biggest thing, though--they ARE NOT as pictured, with the ruffles running lengthwise across the pillow instead of being on the ends. It doesn't look bad, though. The buttons to secure the duvet are at the top of the cover, as well, which I found odd (I've never seen it in any other duvet covers), but the buttons are sewn on well. It washes well, and I haven't noticed a problem with wrinkling (which plagues cheaper covers).
