Several resident's have complained that their phone doesn't ring or they can barely hear it. This thing works so good! I don't have the heart to tell someone that they are going hard of hearing, and just said I would figure something out for them. I used double sided tape to have sit within the line of sight, so the resident can see the light flashing. The ring is so much louder than the phone! The residents are so glad they can clearly hear the phone ring or see the light flashing when someone is calling.
