Was very east to install *by S***. on Reviewed in the United States on March 18, 2018* I wore out my Traeger Lil Tex after several years of heavy use....replaced all the motors and fans, still having auger issues and the controller finally went out. Instead of rebuilding everything again, I decided to go with this complete setup as it has the upgraded motors and everything. I LOVE IT. Was very east to install, yet it fit perfectly, the 4 main bolts are a different size, but line up perfectly and new bolts come with the unit, so no issue. The temp probe has a connecter in the line, which I actually like, but I had to drill out 2 holes in the smoker to get the connecter through and routed to the controller....no big deal, put a piece of lid gasket over the hole exiting the smoke chamber. Controls great, varies the fan and auger speeds, so it sounds much different, but holds the temp within 10 degrees on a very cold day, no noises. Love the hopper dump feature. I read that someone had trouble holding 450F, but I don't have any problem with my size smoker. I'll update later if I have long term issues, but so far, so good.
