Review: Very cool egg cooker - My wife sent me the link to get this for her... I did without any thought... Now that we've both used it on a regular basis.. This thing is awesome. Cooks eggs perfectly with the yolk or scrambled... perfectly. I always have biscuits with sausage or bacon with eggs. Easy breakfast to have while I'm driving to work every morning. This is the perfect size to fit on a biscuit and eat on the go...(don't recommend runny yolk if you're eating while driving, just saying) Also.. it doesn't tell you this in the instructions but the little rubber block where the handle meets the skillet changes color when it's hot... you can use that as a guide for how runny you want the yolks. We really love this skillet and definitely recommend if you make breakfast sandwiches. Easy to cook with and the perfect size.

**Q: What is the smallest burner on an electric stove that this can be efficiently used on?**
A: This square pan is about 8.5 inches diagonally at it's widest point.  

I have a glass top electric stove.  I have two of these pans and have used them both at the same time, one pan on an 8 inch burner and the other pan on an 8.5 inch burner. I thought they cooked the same on those sizes.  I don't think I'd use in on a burner smaller than 8 inches.

**Q: will this hurt, scratch the surface of a glass stovetop?**
A: No

A: Not sure about bread.
But I use pancake batter.
