My only issue with this product was that the clear cover already had a few scratches on the back when it arrived. It isn't the most secure thing in the world, but you're more protected than if you bought a soft case. IMO, it could use a bit more plastic to it (thickness) for some added protection, but it still works.I bought from mygearstore, and it did not come with a screen protector. I know some of the reviews mention getting one, but it could be that certain sellers threw it in for free, or it came with an older model, or something else. Ive been looking for something that doesn't add 3 inches to the size of my sleek iPod touch.I have a few friends that use these fitted plastic and/or leather cases for their iPhones, and they just don't seem like what I need. I work road construction, so I like to have my library in my pocket, but not have to worry about scratching it or crushing it.I must say I love this crystal clear hard shell case, its perfect for keeping in your pocket, purse, backpack, etc. I snapped it on and it fit like a glove! I like that it includes a screen protector also, nice little bonus!
