I put one on each hip in the morning & they create quite a bit of heat which then reduces my swelling & helps with the pain. Different things work for different people but I would recommend these 100% as a non medical form of pain/discomfort relief. They go directly onto the skin, take a few minutes to get going & last all day, plus the price is reasonable. The only con (if it even is one) is they can sting a bit when pulling them off but it's because they stick very well, which i suppose is a good thing 😀 ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Don't Pull Too Hard *by A***R on 10 June 2022* They do assist to help soothe painful areas. Be aware if you put them where there are hairs pull them slowly lol ### ⭐ The absolute worst *by S***S on 10 November 2023* I use similar products and this is the absolute worst. Felt very uncomfortable when on. Agony to take off - I’m a woman and not particularly hairy but it was very painful to remove these because of how they stick to my skin. No notable pain relief. Other products I use stick just as securely and come off effortlessly. Would not recommend.
