It's an amazing alternative to high priced, in office neurofeedback machines. I do think anyone who uses it should get a brain map done first by a neurofeedback specialist, though. Not all of the programs are a fit for every user. Excepting the sleep programs, perhaps. Generally speaking, you need to understand which programs would work best for you and which ones wouldn't, and only a brain map and a qualified specialist can give you that information. Brain maps are usually $150ish.
